Description
The
brush assembly in conjunction with the voltage regulator is designed
for regular maintenance or repair of the high-power RIF generator. The
relay-regulator is an important element in the functioning of the
vehicle electrical system, since it ensures the stabilization of the
output voltage by changing the excitation current in the generator. Also, the generator's brushes are consumables, since the sliding contacts wear out strongly from friction. In
this regard, it is recommended to have in stock this node in the spare
parts kit of the car, and not just for immediate repair.
